Bermuda Landscape Awarded Boca Raton’s ALINA Residences Project
Currently under construction, Alina Residences is a luxury condominium development on Mizner Boulevard in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, neighboring prestigious properties including Royal Palm Place and the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
The first phase features 121 units with prices ranging from $1 million to more than $6.5 million, set to open in early 2021. Another phase will feature about 190 units.
Alina includes condominium units and villas in a resort-style setting, with pools, majestic gardens, cabanas, outdoor kitchens and fire pits. The property stretches nine acres downtown, with views of the Boca Raton Resort & Club golf course to the east and city views to the west.
Alina features over 32,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including dining and entertainment space, a sculpture garden, yoga space and a dog park. The project will also feature a club room; fitness center; yoga studio; his-and-hers spa with a dry sauna, steam room and treatment rooms; and a rooftop pool deck and an acre of outdoor green space.
Bermuda Landscape was awarded the project by Moss Construction, general contractors; and Elad Group, developers. The landscape was designed by architect Paul Weinberg with landscape construction and installation by Bermuda. The grounds will feature breathtaking tropical vistas in endless shades of green with lush gardens and canopies resulting in an unmatched sanctuary in the heart of Boca Raton.

The developer broke ground on 121 condos at 210-398 S.E. Mizner Blvd. in March 2019. Noam Ziv, executive director of El-Ad National Properties, said the first phase of the project is expected in late 2020, early 2021.
